Great lighting, great pose, over all it's a well done picture from the photography stand point.
Now for the fun part, the cosplayer standpoint <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/b/b…" width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Big Grin)"/>
You can really tell that this cosplay had some real time and effort put into it, unlike alot of cosplayers who simply get it where it looks close enough you can tell who it is, whoever put this one together really put some real effort into it.
Your gun is well painted and looks somewhat realistic, where as alot of these "guns" from Seras, Yoko, or any other giant gun users tend to wind up looking rather fake like their made out of construction paper some times.
Costume wise, it's really well done, and looks like it could be a real uniform almost.
As far as the cosplayer herself, well done. You are able to convey a sense of "life" through the picture, insted of it being all "static" and flat, which can make any good picture turn bad.
